Shipping & Returns

Items will be posted within three working days unless stated otherwise like the A2 prints which are printed on demand. 
Items will be carefully packed and boxed to ensure as much protection as possible during transit. 

Our policy lasts 14 days in the UK,  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. International is 28 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please get in touch at liana.moran.artist@gmail.com inform us of the details of your return and we will e mail details of where to post your return to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
